Hired Law Firm

I wish I could give them negative stars. Ben Maxell failed to file a brief, despite being paid to do so--and after repeatedly agreeing to do so--resulting in the dismissal of our appeal. Throughout the tortured history of our relationship Mr. Maxell excused his repeated failures by citing personal problems. Mr. Maxell's failure to exercise the ordinary reasonable skill and knowledge commonly possessed by other members of the bar cost me and my family $$$$--very poor!!
