Mark Milone was professional and broke down all steps that was necessary to get legal guardianship of a teenage girl that was orphaned. Mr. Milone took time to make sure that I was aware of each step and how long I could expect to wait until the next time we were needed to speak to the judge.
Ms. Govier and her staff were very thorough, completely supportive, and quite successful in managing my divorce process. She is an award winning lawyer, politically connected, and able to handle every detail fairly and professionally. She kept me updated on everything she was doing and listened to what I wanted to do. He did absolutely nothing for us but send a few papers that he basically downloaded from a website that all attorneys have access to and then filled in the blanks. He initially told us that it would only take about 400.00 to complete what we needed done.Then after I basically took over any negotiations with the other attorney...he then sent us an additional bill for 1100.00...when asked what that was for he stopped responding-turned us into collections agency and took us to court.Don't trust him
In our initial meeting with them we were told that our case would only cost us around $400.00 for which we paid into escrow that day. The next bill an additional $750.00 worth of charges that he was unwilling to discuss or talk about. We should only have to pay for what legal work is actually done and not get charges for playing phone tag with the other attorney, nor do I think he fought for us in this matter-but folded first chance he got!!! Worst representation we ever had by an attorney!
