He said we needed to review the estate planning policy he had prepared for us 5 years ago, free of charge. As we don't expect lawyers to call us, like doctors do, we were anxious. Once Mr. Kreifels greeted us, our anxiety immediately resolved. After pleasant conversation, Mr. Kreifels went over all the details of our policy, and he allowed us to make a few changes. He answered all our questions, and even brought up questions we would never have thought of. He reminded us we could always call him if we had any questions or wanted to make changes. Mr. Kreifels is a very polite and knowledgeable professional. He has a sincere, warm and compassionate approach, which my husband and I believes is genuine. We know Mr. Kreifels cares about us and will carry out our wishes. We have referred our friends to Mr. Kreifels, who share our opinions. We wish him good health and success, always
Please spare yourself and don't use this lawyer. He does very little for an exorbitant rate and is extremely rude. I never called me to give updates and when I called him it was a very miserable experience.
