I’ve used Attorney Peck’s office on multiple deals purchasing and selling real estate. Each time I have used them I primarily dealt with Attorney Peck and Andrea who is employee at his office. They have always been reliable and have always done a great job bringing my deals to a successful closing. I would recommend Attorney Peck when purchasing or selling a property. I am a satisfied customer and plan on continuing to use Attorney Peck‘s office for all of my real estate deals.

We had a few spelling mistakes but was told these were not a problem. The firm was not willing to make corrections and played it down. I am not sure that this is a great practice considering the money paid for the service.
I experienced an appalling level of communication. Secretive, jargon-filled, complicated, cold, insulting, dragged-out pace of work. I got tired of pulling teeth for answers that I deserved to have. Lawyer would not give me the time of day; got stuck with paralegal beginning to end. Not what I was paying for. Maybe other clients have come away with positive impressions.
Attention Homeowners to be!!! Please be aware of this "So-called" Real Estate Firm. They do not embrace their Mission and Value statements which are listed on their Website. They are rude, less than efficient and conduct business without the clients knowledge. Communication skills are less than stellar and their legal team will have you do most of the work "You" hired them to do. If you have questions please do not be surprised at the lag time of reciprocation of communication. The worst Real Estate company albeit on earth. John Peck is less than compassionate, never returns calls and has an attitude with his "Own" clients. Beware Find someone else. His problems can't become the clients problems! You will never win when you treat people like trash. Get it together Peck... I will Never recommend and or do business with these incompetent paper pushers again.
I purchased a property in October 2019 Jon peck was my attorney I paid taxes for the rest of 2019 at closing he never paid the taxes it’s currently February 2021 been trying to contact him for over a month no response left several messages with not one single response ver shady law practice would not recommend this firm to any one
