I was dropped by counsel without meeting one on one to resolve a misunderstanding of legal counsel reluctance to move against a local bank. Billings were provided showing "read lengthy emails" vice a simple charge. Communication was certainly an issue as was lack of professional courtesy. Very disappointing especially on how I was dropped as a client. The result has damaged my case in time and loss of scope.
