What distinguishes Robert as the type of lawyer you want to work with is his integrity. He is clearly working in the best interest of his clients, not his business or his checkbook. He was always so honest with me about what he felt was the best path forward, even if it didn't necessarily translate to the best thing for his business. That being said, he was able to exceed my expectations with the outcome of my case and I was more than pleased with the result. He's excellent and I'd highly recommend him for legal services!!!!
I have been working with Robert for a very long time, not just with bankruptcy issues. He has always been very helpful and informative. He has had very good results in all of our various cases. We have used other attorneys who were slow to respond to our questions or needs, but Robert has always been very prompt and always helpful. Even more importantly he and his staff are always friendly. A lot of what we have had to talk about is unpleasant but I have always felt better in talking with them.
I have recently spoke with Mr. McRorey in regard to bankruptcy. When making the initial phone call to his office I was very nervous. After speaking with Mr. McRorey I felt much better about my situation and was confident that he was able to help me through this process. I scheduled an appointment with Mr. McRorey's assistant to help me complete my paperwork; likewise, she was very helpful and put my mind at ease. I realized that I made the right choice by retaining Mr. McRorey as my attorney.
He and his paralegal were extremely helpful. I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with the work that they did for my family and myself.
We dealt primarily with his legal assistant. He met with us one time and wasn't very personable.
I chose Robert McRorey because my consultation was so understanding and informative. Yet when I actually open the case and have to fill out the paperwork my communication is with his assistant after the initial consultation, his assistant was very rude and short every time I have questions on a matter that I have never dealt with before. I would not recommend the services based on this fact. That you deal with his assistant who is very unlike Robert himself.
I used Robert to help me fight a PFA, after another lawyer referred him on the basis that he had far more superior knowledge in this area. Even upon the first consultation Robert claimed to have worked in this area extensively. However, all he did was quote statutes to me about how we can fight this. He did not help me with my defense or guide it. I had everything set in place and rather than advising what to do, he merely allowed this to go through. He was not worth the money.
