I just think she could have worked harder when negotiating my case.

I can't recommend Stacey. In my experience she is very biased to mothers. She appears to have issues with men and fathers in general. She has not been active in my case for over 2 yrs. Made no proactive measures. She doesn't communicate with me, yet clearly communicates with the mother one on one. She was ordered to have a plan. Which really in the end. Was just her way of trying to impose what she wanted which was nothing short of what felt like a Chinese reprogramming camp. Her counselor Pam Wright was her reporter for her and really their relationship was inappropriate. I did everything they asked and it was never good enough she had me repeat the same process three times over 2 yrs. And to this day I do not understand why they don't want me to see my kids I have lost 4 yrs and its so painful! This lady could care less about destroying families. I have solid evidence yet Stacey nor anyone cared to even listen to the facts. I shared sexual concerns Stacey did nothing, just ignored!

I mistakenly agreed to more Stacey Weibelt as our GAL for a terrible custody battle I've been in for 9 years. I've had to file VPOs against him and file police reports. He's abused my son and this lady didn't even care or look into it. She Is HORRIBLE at her job! She is bias and only cares about money not the children of the case. She will ignore the truth and will blatantly lie. She wrote out a report and called my witnesses 15 minutes before sending out the report. Shes unbelievably unprofessional. I wish I would've done my research before agreeing to use her. Use anyone else but her!!!

The time I shared with this attorney fighting for the rights I felt were best for my children and I was by far the worst experience I have ever had had with an attorney. I felt ignored on numerous counts. She wouldn't return emails, phone calls, and texts. Stacey slacked in numerous occasions when turning in documents to the appropriate people especially the court clerk. She talked negatively towards me and when I would ask certain questions she time and time again had me feeling low, hopeless, and to be honest.. stupid. I would get bills and bills from her and I just asked myself repeatedly "Why am I the one feeling stupid.. this woman can't do simple math." The thing is that there was no issue with payment. I paid her when she wanted paid but she would fail at times to follow through with her end. For example all I needed was for a document to be turned into the county clerk and my case would be closed but no it took her six months and then she wanted to try to explain herself.

Stacey is one of the most unethical lazy lawyers I’ve ever come across. Lied on the stand the entire time. Billed me over 28k for my GAL case and testified that she had zero knowledge of anything we talked about. I think she was on pain pills the entire time and always had an excuse for why she couldn’t work. Filed a bar complaint against her.

Corrupt doesn’t even begin to explain Stacey. All she did, was lie on the stand. When my attorney called her out, it was “oh yeah you’re right, I forgot. Or “you’re right, that part wasn’t in my notes, but yes I just testified to that” she didn’t do her investigation at all. From the beginning she sided with the other party, and from there, it was all lies, neglect, and manipulation on how to spin the case for the opposing party. Seriously, don’t trust this women. She definitely DOES NOT CARE about your children.
