I hired Stasha to contest the adoption of my son and establish paternity. She did good work at first but communication soon stopped. We ended up losing the consent portion of the adoption. I asked Stahsa numerous times if I should pay support and she said not until there is an order. We decided to appeal, we had filed 5 times for a child support order proving willingness. 3 days before a hearing Stasha texted me saying she could no longer represent me because she is changing careers.
This women allowed judge Bernard jones to sit on a case she represented after he stated before meeting the too parties divorcing “I’ll never let those too have joint custody” legally she should of requested to change judge and I shod of been able to count on her to represent me. She failed me in all aspects loosing everything for me and my family. I still suffer to this day by the ignorance she showed in her representation.
Stasha represented me 9 years ago and allowed the other lawyers and gal walk all over her, she unrepresented me And failed to give any direction to a loving mother which caused my ex to get custody of my children today my kids struggle and I am ( my entire family) are completely allianated. She did not see or direct me on what was happening. She has allowed me to loose mylife my purpose and my family with out caring at all. Judge Jones was unfair 100 percent and she folded unable to advise direction to get through a divorce with a narcissist.. she could of changed the out come of my situation And did not
