Mr Conner told the court I had no damages and left me with contempt of court charges for failing to respond to the court on the settlement on the value of the property taken in the Eminent Domain preceding. Mr. Conner was receiving all communication from the court and failing to inform me. After further attempts to work with Mr. Conner I finally fired him. It took my new attorney one business day to give the court what was needed and to dismiss contempt charges.
This attorney screwed my case!! I have not been able to contact him in almost 3 years, he wont return my calls. I just contacted Workers Comp court and they said my case had been closed due to inactivity. Don't Use this attorney!!!
Randy Conner took our retainer fee, made one phone call and visit to the residence and then never took any additional actions. It has been over a year and we are still trying to get our money back.
