Working with naidu law has been the biggest head ache they dont respond very well and still charge you for even just emailing them and getting little to no response. I have worked with them for almost a year and a half and have gotten little progress but still they want to charge almost 20,000 dollars for services that they have had little impact on. I would never recommend them to anyone worst law firm ever
Worst place ever they knew my situation would be dangerous and offered my family protection. I paid $3,000 for NOTHING and they RUINED my case by allowing the abuse and my husband's threats of harm to be MY REALITY. BILLING Disputes, PRICE GOUGING me and ignore all the danger. Then I find out months later fr the ABA that my attorney was FURLONGED due to Covid and that No documents were ever swapped between attorney's. Then the Lawfirm suplimted Council with a unexperienced unqualified contractor who I never spoke to or met. That put a second lien on my case and there was a horrible conflict of interest. Which then the law firm found out about the complaint to the BBB AND OBA. ALL they withdrew right before trial. This law firm allowed further abuse from my husband putting me and kids in more danger than ever because I had my child taken by cps over husband's rumors and IIED. This Law firm needs to be shut down. They are saying I owe them ANOTHER $4000.000!!! I
HORRIBLE attorney office. I work for a law firm and I knew they were being shady, but when they would not make it right is when I knew what crooks they were! they DO NOT even deserve 1 star. They did not work my case at all! I did everything on my own through my ex and his attorney! they double dip, they over charge, they charge as a rate that is not persistent to their contract. They make the attorneys charge at a rate even when it did not involve the time they charge for! They harass you and stretch your case out so that you are forced to keep making the biweekly payments and they do nothing. The attorney that was representing me on this matter actually called me and resigned from the firm because he saw what they were doing how wrong and crooked they are! He told me he contacted the bar and they even told him its unethical!
