Kevin Locke let the insurance company valued my car more than they valued my person. I ended up getting $4,500 on my car and he sent me paperwork with no breakdown of how the awarded compensation for the car accident was disbursed. He only sent us a letter with no heading or break down of disbursement, it only had you are being compensated $19,500. Of that $19,500 I received $3,900. He had me sign a letter that looked like I was getting $19,500. I would like to know how and where the rest of my money was spent. He never answered phone calls, I had to play like I was a new client seeking legal advice after being told he wasn't in the office and he answered. He told multiple lies to get our business. The only thing I'm guilty of is not knowing the law and getting taken advantage of by this law firm. My spouse was supposed to get $18,600 I believe and my sister who has since passed away was supposed to get $16,000. Humana is suing Kevin because he didn't pay my husband's medical bills.
