Dan Murdock

Great person all the way threw. Stuck with me even when my financial had dried up. Helped after time served and reduced my sentence to 1/4 of what the DA was wanting to give me. Wonderful person.

I have known this man almost 20 years, I am a trauma survivor and have been vulnerable many times. I have ALWAYS felt safe and protected around him. Dan has always acted with kindness and understanding and the utmost professionalism. He is a gentleman, a great person and an excellent attorney.

I would highly recommend Dan Murdock to anyone needing a good attorney.. He did everything he said he would do for my son and more.. A very personable lawyer that is very easy to talk to without feeling as though hes judging you in any way.. I highly recommend him.. and he will be the first attorney I call if I ever need one again.. and his assistant Nita is very friendly and helpful with answering any questions you might have.. I really love my sons attorney!!

His follow up is awesome compared to other attorney's I've dealt with in the past. His legal assistant Nita played a role there also for sure.

Dan is an amazing attorney. He is easy to talk to and gives you real solutions to real problem and gets the job done. sometimes you think he is taking to long, but just trust him and know that he knows what he is doing.

We hired Dan to represent our daughter for a custody case and paid him $5000. We've only had the initial court date and nothing else. He seldom returns calls and now that we've decided to fire him he keeps saying he's gonna return part of the money yet hasn't done it. Then had the nerve to tell my husband he was the only attorney willing to take the case which isn't true. We had a local attorney who would of cost less lined up but my sister recommended Dan and said how experienced he was so we went with him. It's been 4 months and all he's done is show up to the initial court date. I do realize he's had some health issues but we gave him the money the next day and it's been two weeks now that he's stringing us along for a refund. He told me husband last week he would figure it out this weekend and now won't answer calls.

My family and I scraped all the money we could find to hire an attorney to represent my son for an appeal. This "attorney" did file the appeal, but let the time expire before processing it. He never even requested the court record or transcripts. He essentially took our money without doing anything.

He is the worst attorney I have ever known. He doesn't return emails or calls, doesn't show up for court & doesn't bother to call you to let you know that he won't be in court, requests the client talk to the judge to get a postponement, then when the case is postponed, doesn't call to let you know he can't make it to the postponement either. He takes your hard earned money but will not do his job for it. With attorney's like this on the OK Bar Assoc, it's easy to see why politicians are dirty.
