Hired Law Firm

I called in to ask about consumer law questions and to see if they can help me with dealing with a consumer law situation, and the receptionist, in a irradiated tone, said that they don't deal with consumer law, and that they deal with business law. I explained that lawyers.com say otherwise. As you can see in this link, they show that they deal with consumer law. https://www.lawyers.com/consumer-law/oklahoma-city/oklahoma/law-firms/ The receptionist then rushed me off of the phone hanging up on me. If they don't deal with consumer law, they need to update that they don't and that they only deal with business law. They are of no help.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
