Hired Attorney Mr. Kevin Bartley

Mr. Bartley was the mediator in our divorce case. He was ethical, helpful, and encouraging. I believe he truly wanted to know both sides and helped push us to a fair solution. I even paid more than I had intended in the end, but he kept us from going to court (even costlier both mentally and financially) and helped bring closure to a rough situation. Thank you, Mr. Bartley.

Very 'in-tune' to my needs, respectful of my feelings, decisions, and children. Extremely well-mannered and very respectful. Resourceful and quick to respond. I can not praise him enough for his work. Far cheaper than I would have expected!

Hired Attorney Mr. Kevin Bartley

Very rude and unprofessional. He called me names and did not work well for me. While at mediation I had to step out and came back sooner than he thought that I would. He was laughing and joking with my soon to be ex husband and his lawyer and proceeded to talk bad about me when I walked in. We were 2 weeks away from our final hearing and he had already been paid or else I would have fired him on the spot. Did not get me a fair settlement. He does not fight for the woman.
