My father was getting ready for a serious surgery. We called Herbert G.Pitkowsky to take care of some estate issues . He promptly showed up at my home took $200 deposit and after 2 phone calls asking for status I never heard from him again. When I emailed him asking him to return the money he took from my father he simply ignored me.
