I used her as my judge to settle my divorce. She did get things settled but I don't believe I got my money's worth nor was she impartial. Because the opposing attorney worked with her before, the judge gave her more preference. I think I would have gotten a better ruling in the public courts. Used Preville as a private judge to bypass the public courts. It was a huge mistake. I was under the impression that judges were supposed to be impartial and fair. Not the case with her. She is very biased and has a problem determining what is fact and what is fiction. I filed a complaint with the judicial council against her as she violated my rights to due process by threatening my counsel against allowing depositions of key witnesses.
