Hired Attorney

Provides great service. He works with you to set up payment options and doesn't turn you away because of your finances. He also will meet you in the place of your choosing.(I don't drive and he came to me) He is on time for court and works well with the states attorney and judges. They respect him.

Hired Attorney

Recommend by RE agents Charged full closing fees for 2 straight forward closings at the same time. One was an all cash closing - hardly any effort. Somehow everyone missed a second parcel # that went to foreclosure twice. 4 years later he informed me I should have asked the seller. This after thousands of dollars paid to realtors and 2 closings to Mr. Brower. I’ve had 5 closings after these at less than half the cost. It’s all a business, his business CFA Properties LLC

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
