Requested a very sizable retainer and after 6 years of court continuances he pled out the case. I was having flashbacks of the movie a “ few good men” as Cruise just kept trying make better deals. When I wanted to take it to trial, he demanded another $25K. Three years later he goes on record stating I should be in the DOC. There’s no attorney client privilege at all with the attorney.

This lawyer is well qualified. I do not think that he gave the time necessary to review the case and evidence to be presented at trial. A great researcher. NOT a great litigator.

Maybe the least aggressive attorney. I truly believe he took more time convincing me to take the plea than he did to even look or understand the discovery.. Maybe in his earlier years he spent more time on the facts of the case than taking the path of least resistance. I'd suspect he is likely burnt out but enjoys the money.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
