Hired Attorney Frank Scarpino

Frank was the epitome of what I would expect from an attorney. I hired him after being arrested for an unwarranted domestic battery charge. I listened to his advice and together we decided to take the charge all the way through to a jury trial. I was ultimately found NOT GUILTY and owe this all to Frank. His years of experience are evident in his professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the legal system. I hope I don't need his services again, but I will always consider Frank my friend.

Hired Attorney Frank Scarpino

Worst lawyer ever. I gave 1000 dollars to start the divorce process. He said he will do it in 1500$. He took thousand dollars. And he let me wait fo 6 months. He never answered the call. He didn't do anything just took my money and he said he won't give back. Bcz he used it.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
