I had an unfortunate experience with Andrew Koor in his capacity as the prosecuting attorney for the City of Foristell, and it raised concerns that I believe are relevant for anyone considering him for legal representation, including in family law matters. After receiving a citation I believed to be incorrect, I submitted a detailed and respectful request supported by GPS data and vehicle speed records to demonstrate that the alleged speeding violation did not align with the facts. I made multiple attempts to contact Mr. Koor directly, but he did not respond personally at any point. All communication came from an assistant, and no effort was made to discuss or review the evidence I provided. This lack of engagement left me feeling unheard and dismissed, despite having made a good-faith effort to resolve the matter professionally.
