Mr. Ellinger's firm got the job done, but it was very hard to contact anyone by phone. Calls I made to them were returned late, if ever, and usually I had to go to his office to get any questions answered. They were fairly inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

Hired Attorney Beverly Stewart

Ms. Kinds Stewart was hired to file my bankruptcy for me in 2014. It was my intention to reaffirm my home loan. I filled out everything she asked me to and assumed it was settled. A year later I learned that my lender informed her that more information was needed. That was never communicated to me and as a result my bankruptcy was discharged and my home loan was not reaffirmed. This is gross negligence and could have been avoided. I wanted to remain financially accountable to my lender.
