Dan Bain is a great guy....both as a person and as an attorney. We met Dan when we hired him to represent a family member for DUI 3rd offense. He met with us at our home, answered us via text and phone as well as represented us in court. Every time, he was very professional and most importantly, he was honest. At trial, he was able to negotiate with the judge and the prosecutor to get a sentence UNDER the state sentencing guidelines. If you need a great attorney.....Mr. Bain one you trust.

I live in Colorado and had a hold put on my license in Michigan nearly 10 years ago. I had literally done everything possible to get it back. I was referred to Mr. Bain through an attorney here in Colorado. Mr. Bain knew exactly what to do immediately. We got a hearing in MI, and I had my license back that day. I still can't believe it. His prices are more than reasonable, but his results are unbelievable! By far, the best attorney that I have ever met. Thanks again, Mr. Bain.

We we just looking for information. Nothing had been charged, we were just being investigated. Mr. D. Bain took the time to speak candidly with us, did not just try to get our business, but informed us of the different steps and scenarios that could be forthcoming. He was genuinely empathetic, caring and willing to help, no matter how much, or little, we needed his services.
