My case was complicated and I had already been through a few attorneys who threw in the towel. Wendy read my entire file and remembered things at trial that I forgot. She is excellent at trial. She won my case and recovered my invaluable assets.

This is the second time Wendy has represented us. This year we sought out help from Wendy again, this time to help us terminate a 3 year contract that we were unfairly and unjustly being held to after our children were experiencing disability discrimination at their karate school. Wendy again, thoroughly researched our claims and wrote the necessary letters to close the account, something we attempted and wasn't successful in doing ourselves. We will be using her again for our living trust!

This woman has no moral compass and is completely dishonest. If you are looking for a snake or a devil to be by your side you have come to the right place! She does not do her research and will say anything with no evidence. This will hurt your case if the other party is intelligent or has a lawyer. Save yourself go somewhereelse

I hired Ms Gibson to assist me with a legal matter. Communication throughout the process was generally difficult, and the engagement level was not what I had hoped for. In my view, I was not properly advised about the rules pertaining to the arbitration, which then compromised the case. The level of preparation for the hearing was likewise poor in my opinion. On the day of the hearing Ms Gibson did not respond to my texts or calls and showed up to the hearing on or near the start time.

After our meeting and I provided private and confidential paperwork to Wendy Gibson. She took that information on a plane and left the information behind For everyone to see. I get a call from the airline to be told this and then she has the guts to pretend that nothing happened. She never returned calls in a timely manner and she never provided me with the support that an attorney should have. I was contracted with her to not exceed $5000. She continues to bill me for additional fees.
