Really this was not what I filed for but did he care no. What did he want, for me to have surgery after 10 years or to get money each month until I did get surgery.My body was not in a good position but he was more concerned about how much he could make. He settled my case for $10,000. I hope you understand I was not out there to get money but to have a life that I could continue to support my family and continue working in what I loved. But this was in over his head, he never stated as to why he did this. But it's okay. I am happy with how my life has turned out even being fully disabled.
