Frank! aka Frank the Tank by all of our friends and family now. He is simply incredible. I sold my home For Sale By Owner with very little experience, and he walked me through the entire process with patience, confidence, and constant support. Our buyers were extremely high maintenance and exhausting, but Frank handled them like a pro and managed to get agreements I never believed we’d reach. He stayed calm, firm, and focused the whole time, and because of him we closed on time with so much less stress than I expected. Frank isn’t just a great attorney he’s the person you want in your corner when things get complicated. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who asks. We moved to SC and are closing again and all we keep saying is we wish we had Frank the Tank.

I was so pleased with Ken Gruder's services that I used him when we refinanced and referred my sister to him when she purchased her home. I would use him again without reservation.
The difficulty I had with this firm was representing my needs and position as seller and as purchaser. There was a misunderstanding regarding goods left behind, and an agreement was reached for an escrow account. However, at the end of the process, the lawyer stood up for the buyer, not me, and I lost the escrow. Yet, when I requested security for damage done to my purchased house, again the lawyer stood for the seller, not me. I was awarded pocket money for repairs.
I deeply regret choosing this team and was highly disappointed with their services (or lack thereof). Communication was highly inefficient and the lawyer handling the closing was arrogant (another reviewer also noted this trait) patronizing and rude. I found the efforts and undertakings conducted by the staff as underwhelming and communications, especially regarding the time and manner addressed (or lack thereof) would be more in the line of someone who was an intern on a learning curve, not adult professionals. Buyer beware! Not just with purchasing properties but the legal team handling the closing.
I experienced the rudest, most arrogant employees at this firm. I strongly recommend using ANYONE else.
Over a month to return calls, billing problems, arrived late for court hearing, disorganized. As a client, I could not imagine anything else going wrong.
