I came to this law office on a recommendation to review my mother's very simple trust which I had done myself. The kit I had purchased to do it said I should have it checked over by an attorney. The office and front desk was immediately warm and inviting. Mr. Fukushima was very efficient, compassionate about my circumstances, extremely reasonably priced and very personable. I have since had my more complicated trust done by him. He explained things very clearly and that made me feel confident. I have recommended him to others who were also very satisfied. We all live in Orange County but it's worth the drive for someone so beyond anything someone could expect from a law office.
I did not know about Martindale otherwise I would have reviewed Mr. Fukushima in 2012 when he did our will, trust, and estate plan. It is now 2018 and he has updated our documents as necessary as our family grew. His quiet demeanor is in stark contrast to how I thought attorneys acted. He listens. His staff is courteous and laughs at my jokes.
We selected Paul from the Yellow Pages and he has been a dream. I have had lawyers in the past who cared only for the money and not the client. He has handled every problem I have had with my mother's conservatorship and estate. If your in South LA County give him a call.....
Diana M. Fukushima is the worst attorney to work with. I hired her at Law Offices of Dorthy Carfrae. No response to my phone calls, late for court hearing and secretary calling for payment. She took my money and felt I was played. So looked around for another attorney. A few weeks later she was FIRED… if you read this Diana. I got full custody of my son’s and both are in college !! Father have rights
Diana is unprofessional, aggressive, and unhelpful. I had to hang up the phone because she was screaming at me. Predatory practice taking years and thousands of dollars while not progressing any case further. Inability to communicate.
