Hired Attorney James Fausone

James Fausone does not return phone calls. Refuses to communicate with clients. He caused me more problems than he helped. I wish i never hired this guy.

I am sorry your call has been returned. We have a staff working with veteran disability clients and pride ourselves in returning phone calls. Please call 800- 693-4800 and ask for your claims developer who will talk to you even when I am out.

Completely unethical and more concerned about ranking up billable hours than helping families through what is already a very painful process of divorce. Plays games with unnecessary court motions, subpoenas, and ignores her clients wishes.

Hired Attorney Denise Medina

She is NOT professional. She doesn’t do what you ask. She’s always last minute. She doesn’t know when she’s over her head, meaning she’s not experienced. Don’t waste your money or time. I learned the very hard way. I only gave her 1’s on this review but I would have given her all 0’s.
