Hired Attorney

Maureen Murphy helped my partner and I untangle a dispute with a former employer regarding a retirement plan that we thought was being held back inappropriately. She was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the plan and was able to work with the administrators of the plan to remove any doubts we had about eventually receiving the funds. We both were very happy and satisfied with the work she did for us. We also will indirectly thank her when we return to Connecticut 10/13 to marry.

Hired Attorney

Maureen Murphy acting as a G.A.L. in my case - rendered opinions outside of her resume.
She raised questions, then answered herself. She gave testimony as if she was sworn in as an expert.
She did not call on any mental health professionals/ evaluators or educational specialists in a relocation case.
Her only observation of my daughter and me totaled one hour. I would not recommend her services for plumbing anymore than I would for judging.
