Hired Attorney David Mintz

I needed an attorney about a year ago after being questioned by the police for a crime I did not commit. After calling and leaving messages for a dozen local defense attorneys, I only got one return call in the first 24 hours... It was David. He spent his lunch break with me on the phone, calmed my anxiety, and I met with him the following morning... I knew right away that I wanted him to be the person who represented me in this case ... David did a great job and the case was dismissed.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
