She was suppose to handle probate case and only worked for one party. Definitely somebody knew someone and she handled the case the old school way. When a judge goes into private practice let’s just say her friendships are better than her practice. Looking into file a compka
This woman does not know the law. I hired her for a real estate matter and she boasted that she used to work for a title company and that she "knew all the right people." She never kept in touch with me, ignored my phone calls, and failed to clear the title problem on my property. I had to fire her and hire another attorney. I later learned that she was serving as a probate judge at the same time as she working as a private attorney. Her full time job as a probate judge clearly left her no time to practice law, and she should have told me as much. Her "connections" proved useless, and the fact that she was boasting about "connections" instead of the law is concerning in and of itself. Stay away from this woman. She is more about the people she knows when she should be focused on what the law says.
