The Castro Potts Law Firm is a Southwest Florida firm founded by Sara Castro Potts, who has resided in Sarasota County most of her life and has practiced law locally since 2013. The firm was founded on the principles of efficiency and effectiveness in the law. We believe that honest and frank communication from the outset and throughout a representation provides a valuable service to the client by allowing informed decision making and increased predictability with regard to legal costs and outcomes. Our goal is to assess your desired outcome or goal and then advise you of the available options and potential risks, benefits, and disadvantages associated with each. In this manner, you control the objectives of the representation and have a thorough understanding of the means to be utilized to achieve those objectives. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
