DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST THE STAUDERS!!! CVS failed to show up to court 5 times so the judge said thats it, the defense is now stricken from the case which basically meant CVS would be unable to defend themselves and we would get everything we asked for. Suddenly a week later Michael called my mom to his office and pressured her to sign something saying she gets $10,000 or nothing. Then he convinced my sister to keep my mom from rescinding for 3 days. Later I personally went and collected all the files and I found a check made out to Michael for $50,000 from CVS in relation to my moms case. It looks like he took a pay off, maybe he owed a favor or just didnt feel like doing his job but he threw away an easy win and had we known better we would have fired him and had a new attorney continue the case but instead of winning $500,000-$1,000,000 my mom got a $10,000 check, lost her home, lost her car and lost her life savings. great lawyer indeed!! Avoid him like the plague!!!
