We hired Mr. Martini to represent us in an HOA issue regarding property lines and easement issues. We were satisfied with Mr. Martini's knowledge and service regard the issues involved.
Mr. Martini represented us at a real estate closing. Five years later, we received a tax bill for the previous owner which the county said should have been paid to us at closing. It was not, but the county said we were responsible for it. Mr. Martini did not make us aware of these taxes and he refused to represent us in this matter unless we paid him additional fees. Isn't that what we already paid him for?
