David was the Respondent on my motion to modify case. He would never respond to my lawyer, say I was the problem when his client was the one not cooperating or doing their part, and overall he wasted a lot of time for my attorney and our case.

He was opposing counsel in my divorce proceeding; I was the petitioner. While I did not have direct contact with him, my own attorney found him condescending and slow to respond. He assisted my now ex- in dragging out a simple divorce with only one mutual asset that we had already agreed on into a 5-month ordeal costing me thousands more than necessary at my own atty’s office and wrecking indescribable and inexcusable havoc on my own health and well-being. It was a horrible experience.
