You are not a client, you are a number. They claim they received your documents (actually call to confirm receipt) and then ask for the same thing again. Charges are ridiculous for service provided -- if you don't fit into one of their neat little boxes they can't help you and rather than doing their jobs will try to get you to cancel their services (and keep your money!). What was promised before retainer was signed was no way near what was "delivered."
