Hired Attorney

Absolute worst closing experience of my life. A few days before I was suppose to close I find out the title work was still not done. A week later 5 people including the seller & their attorney sat at the closing table for nearly two hours because Lynn Cella-Coyne and her Paralegal Gail Powell were not ready. Now a month later and I still have not received copies of the closing documentation and they never respond. I WOULD NEVER USE or RECOMMEND THEM.

Since I send the contract to her almost two months she never return my phone call, I even don't know where is the deposit check title to whom.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
