This is probably the FIRST law firm that I have used that was extremely "client" friendly. Communication was excellent and the entire event was almost flawless.

The Attorney at the time seemed to try and rush me along. Did not feel as though I was fully compensated for my losses due to his "hurriedness". When it was time to finalize all of my paperwork, I was notified that the attorney had resigned from the law firm to start his own. I was switched to Jerry Wigger, to whom had no knowledge of my suit or all of the paperwork at the time (other attorney had taken it with him!). Made me feel there was a loss of communication and a distrust in the firm.

Joshua Howle he does not communicate with you at all I had to run behind him for a whole year he did nothing but he wants to get paid and then charge care cost what for and if you disagree with your paperwork the other workers/lawyer Emily Hanewicz was very unprofessional because I disagreed with my paperwork then she sent in another coworker that was extremely rude also. Joshua made sure he wasn't there to handle his own clients no one should ever go to this law firm and they don't fight for u
