At one point, he was paid for a service that was on record and paid in full, which I had to have by second Attorney force him to fulfill the obligation of completing the crucial paperwork, after it had been paid for in full, when the other Attorney‘s office realized he had not completed the work that he had been paid to do, and had charged. I had told my second Attorney, who was very confident in working my divorce case , to communicate to William English, that if he did not complete the paperwork and file what he had been paid for, that I would contact the office of disciplinary council, file a complaint, and definitively win and investigation into his incompetence.
