Sam Talley as well as his associate attorney Katie Magee handled my adoption case and I recommend their office to everyone I know. They have an excellent team of support staff and I am so thankful to have had them representing me. They were always quick to return my calls and ease my worries. Their pricing was fair for the value that I received.

I really enjoyed using this law firm for my divorce. Sam Talley was my lawyer as well as Katie. He gave great advice, capped the cost, and helped me get what I truly needed from my divorce. It was a very stressful situation for my children and myself. I was very thankful for the communication and how quick it was between the law office personnel and myself. I had cell phone numbers and any advice I needed within a very short time frame. I would definitely use this office again for any situation.

Hired Attorney Samuel Talley

Beware Sam Talley. A woman falsely filed for a protective order against me. The only question Sam asked her in court was if she and I had ever slept together. Not once did he challenge her on the lies she told. I later learned that his partner, who was present in court, was dating the woman. In another matter concerning the death of my father, Sam told me he wouldn't charge the regular rate because he really didn't need to do anything. He charged the full rate.
