Hired Law Firm

I filed complaint at Oklahoma Bar Association against Duane Croft. He has no drive to represent his client. He is very unorganized. His lack of time preparing and weak personality caused me to loose custody of my son. He signed an Order prepared by another attorney prior to my review. This Order was incorrect and after he signed this Order I had to pay child support for a child in my custody. He failed to read or review document. I immediately contacted him and he would not answer or reply.

Hired Attorney Duane Shiffler Croft

He may be good in areas, other than divorce. As far as a divorce attorney for a woman, very poor. If I had hired a different attorney, my life would be completely different today. I feel he had a hand in ruining my life. Thank you for this site.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
