The Griffin Law Firm, PLLC is a law firm established in 2021 with an office in Norfolk, VA. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing criminal defense, security law, military personnel law and 2 other areas of law.
As a military officer and medical officer, I was dealing with some very serious allegations stemming from retaliation with senior officers. Marshal came HIGHLY recommended by several military attorneys that I trusted. I am glad I went with their advice and hired Marshal. From the beginning he instilled confidence in me, and followed my case for nearly 11 months until it was finally disposed of. He is the reason my career and retirement were saved, and I will forever be grateful for his assistance.
My spouse and I hired Marshall to combat my Command attempting to force me out after denying a court martial and using administrative tactics. He was fantastic! During a time when we felt like no one was there for us, he did a wonderful job explaining everything to us and my communication from the Command changed immediately. His knowledge of the UCMJ and how the Coast Guard navigates the UCMJ was so valuable that when another unit member needed representation for and administrative trial, I suggested Marshal. In the end, I received an Honorable Discharge without having to go to trial and my shipmate hired Marshal and won his administrative trial by unanimous decision. My family and I have since moved on with full benefits and I have a great career. This would not have been possible without his assistance. He is a blessing and made a huge impact!
