Sincere intelligent cares about the client understands constitutional law and the inherent threat to American liberty
Mr. Taylor is one of the few lawyers around today that remains truly professional and dedicated to his clients and their families. He is also a very experienced and knowledgable lawyer consistently exceeding expectations of service and results! If you want a great lawyer who can make good things happen, then schedule a consultation with Mr. Taylor today. He is not just our lawyer... but a dear family friend.
He does not do his homework, he had the wrong file when we went to APPEAL my case.
Never returns phone calls. His office is haphazard at best. His Partner Claude Scialdone was a good lawyer
As of March 30th, the world is a better place! Claude finally died and I hope he suffered! He was a terrible person. He used his position and power to prey on unsuspecting innocent people. He lost most of his family and friends due to his addiction and unrelenting pursue to feed that addiction.
This guy is a crook! Do not trust him in any way! He will steal your money! This guy cannot be practicing law still, if so this is a miracle! I've never seen somebody so reckless and irresponsible when it comes to the client's money. Personally saw him back dating bills for clients that money has stolen out of the trust funds.
The following article is taken from Virginia Lawyers Weekly:- Lawyer accused of dishonesty accepts 3-year suspension By: Peter Vieth August 29, 2019 A Chesapeake attorney facing three separate bar complaints, all involving multiple rule violations including alleged false statements to the Virginia State Bar, has agreed to a three-year license suspension. Barry R. Taylor was accused of lapses in his bank accounts and prolonged delays in two personal injury disbursements. The bar said his explanations did not hold water. Taylor “knowingly made false statements of material fact to the VSB regarding his trust account” and in regards to two disciplinary matters, according to a March 19 discipline subcommittee determination. The bar also accused Taylor of “dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation which reflects adversely on his fitness to practice law.” The VSB Disciplinary Board approved an agreed disposition for the three-year suspension beginning Aug. 22.
