Blake Willis represents landowners in Virginia, defending their property rights in condemnation, inverse condemnation, and relocation actions. Blake is a graduate of the College of William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Bill of Rights Journal.
