I am the attorney on this website. I called this company to remove my profile because it had incorrect information. First, my phone number is not "770-762-8835". It is 770-596-7447. Second, this site does not accurately reflect my reviews. Please google "William Kitchens Attorney Norcross GA" to see a better representation of my reviews. And finally, when I terminated my contract with this company, they refused to remove my profile, so I doubt seriously that they care to upkeep this profile correctly.
He is very unprofessional, I don’t understand how he was able to get a degree in law. He acts like he is researching the case but he doesn’t know how to communicate with his client. He conduct is questionable, his has sent a fake invoice stating he has been in contact with me and my fiancé and he is lying. I would never recommend him and I’m also going to the State bar of Georgia.
If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I retained William Kitchens in June of 2023. It is now June of 2024 and he has yet to provide me with completed papers. This is after NUMEROUS attempts to reach out and work with him. I am typically very patient and understanding, but his lack of professionalism and consistency is INEXCUSABLE. Don't be fooled, he can definitely talk the talk, but that's it. No action--only empty words, ridiculous excuses, and false promises. He came as a referral from a friend, which was why I went into it quickly. Word of mouth means something to me. I believe that how you treat people is of the utmost importance. He's treated me-- at the most vulnerable time in my life-- like trash. NO returned calls, NO returned emails, NO completed papers. He's done nothing for me in over 365 days when he promised that he could handle an uncontested divorce within 60 days. He'll take your money and do the bare minimum--next to nothing. He's even had me miss
