Raised in Cypress, California, my involvement in youth baseball, soccer, and basketball taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and strong communication. Although I initially pursued accounting at California State University, Long Beach, watching A Few Good Men prompted me to reconsider my path and ultimately commit to a career in law. I earned my Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Law School (now Thomas Cooley Law School) and returned to California to begin practicing personal injury law.
Since joining Avrek Law, I have obtained numerous significant recoveries for my clients, including multiple settlements exceeding $1 million and a $5 million resolution in an auto accident case. One result I am particularly proud of is an $800,000 recovery in a disputed matter that began with a $0 offer, reflecting my persistence and ability to transform challenging cases into meaningful outcomes. I am known for my tenacity, client-focused approach, and willingness to stand firm against insurance companies, treating every matter as a pursuit of fairness.
Outside of my practice, I am an avid golfer and dedicated to fitness. After sustaining a basketball injury, I turned my competitive focus to golf while continuing to value the discipline I find in the gym. Above all, I cherish time with my wife and young daughter, who motivate me each day. As the son of an immigrant who overcame hardship to build a life in America, I view each case as a modern David versus Goliath battle, and I remain committed to fighting relentlessly for justice and restoring dignity to those harmed by negligence.
