I called for l rental and tenant question. Sound she does not willing to help. I describe what happen. She told me I don't need to heard and hang up the phone.
Ms. Graham didn't complete work w/ me. She wrote a 10 day notice(which I paid 4) 2 my landlord stating man in apt above rectify constant noise caused by electric device OR, we take them toSmall Claims Ct. In a conversation while doing laundry, I met someone who told me buzzing above kept them up all night. Person had 2 request assistance twice to get landlord to remedy. Landlord didn't help me which is discriminatory. After 3 nights, my neighbor above continues 2 leave this machine on high,& I realized that only way 2 show concrete proof of remedy would be if tenant above, w/ the landlord take a date stamped picture proving measures were taken. Otherwise it's he said/she said,. In our 1st chat, Monica & I discussed a scenario where if nothing changes we'd take the landlord 2 Small Claims Court & discussed the fee Yet, Monica e-mailed me 2 cease texting or e-mailing her.. So for the 3rd night, my neighbor above has device on,. 0 changes, & I have to go it alone.
