I retained Todd Coulston to represent myself. Mr. Coulston declined to call in a court appointed investigator that we had subpoenaed for some obvious reasons.
In addition, Mr. Coulston would rarely talk to me on the phone when I had questions or respond to emails. His "Loafy" attitude pertaining to my case was far below satisfactory as well as his communication with me. If he felt that my case wasn't sound, he shouldn't have taken me on as a client. 18k later, I no longer wanted his services.

courtney’s bark doesn’t match her bite . scammed out of almost 10 grand. Emotional taxing process for Courtney to confidently say she can help me, and after retaining me now a year later she doesn’t agree with my side . When i ask her when she will respond to opposing counsel she says she is confused and doesn’t remember what we talked about. Also made sure to not listen to how i intentionally prepared my docs to reflect what she asked but yet doesn’t agree because she thinks my asks are too high though they are 1% of my child’s fathers income and her expenses are exceeding our current agreement. Case is private and she is not equipt to handle something complex. RUN. after finding out she is not a mother i wish i would have asked prior to retaining. She has no sympathy and is cold has laughed at me many times while she knows im going through one of the most emotionally draining times of my life. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!!

Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism in this law firm concerning all forms of communication, front desk, responsiveness, and how the attorneys/front staff treat people. Definitely would not recommend, what a headache.

Robert Burch is little more than a criminal. After assuring me he would be able to get my lawyer fees paid by my ex (I don't work) he pressured me to not pursue that option once we got to court. He agreed to do this job for the amount of the retainer already paid him. He then arranged for the financial part of the settlement to go into an account in his name. When asked why he assured me that this was "normal" and nothing to worry about. HE never explained that he would keep most of that money.
