Mr. TeGroen is very nice, understanding, easy to talk to. He's also on top of what is happening but would never do anything without telling me first. I really like how he kept me informed and knew what to do. I felt I could call him any time and he would get back to me in 24 hours. When my ex-husband's dad took my 4 year-old son and ended up being arrested for leaving him alone in a motel room, Mr. TeGroen was right there for me, every step of the way, and helped me get custody back.
