David L. Russell, a Newburgh native, is a graduate of Manhattan College and Fordham Law School. He is admitted to both the New York and Florida Bar. Since 1984, his general law practice has handled Elder law and Injury law cases. His practice, based on "old-fashioned personal service” has been built over the years by referrals from clients and fellow attorneys.
Working with David Russell has proven to be one of the greatest decisions of my life, and I would encourage anyone seeking legal counsel to employ his services. I originally sought out David at the recommendation of a colleague - my wife and I were recently engaged, and we both desired to establish a prenuptial agreement.
