He previously had experience defending corporations in similar cases and counseled manufacturers on product safety and recall issues. Todd is a former board member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, 2008-2010, and was Chair of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Product Liability Section in 2007. Todd now focuses his practice entirely on the representation of victims of negligence in the areas of motor vehicle and trucking accidents, slip and trip and falls, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death. His knowledge of both sides in evaluating cases is a valuable asset for clients.

Todd is experienced with the concerns of both sides, which helps him approach a case slightly differently than others might. He has acted as mediator in a number of cases in Indiana and embraces alternative dispute resolution when it is in his client's interest. Todd has helped me out so much when I really needed it, & anytime I had a question or concern he was easily reachable. He is very down to earth, a great person, & a pleasure to work with. Hired Attorney

As stated above, Mr. Barsumian was EXCELLENT in representing us. His fees were more than reasonable and very well detailed. He selected the best route so that the particular lawsuit did not go before the courts, which would have been very costly. We stated our case and how we wanted it to be resolved and he delivered. We were a 3rd party defendant. I would select Todd over anyone else in the Evansville area again, if we ever needed legal representation.
